SEO services, audits, consulting, and digital marketing work involve time, research, and manual effort. Once work has started, refunds may not be available.

For digital tool access, refunds may be considered only if the tool does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.

3. Consulting Sessions

Consulting sessions are non-refundable once booked or delivered. If you need to reschedule, contact us before the scheduled time.

4. Subscription Plans

Monthly or long-term subscriptions are billed in advance. Canceling a plan stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.

5. Duplicate Payments
